Our Machines
Our sample room is fully equipped with a complete range of knitting machines.
This means all development can be done in-house, from the first idea to the final prototype.
No outsourcing, no waiting time, no broken communication.
This closed-loop sampling system is one of our biggest strengths.
For production, we operate an even larger fleet of machines, including:
- CIXING – highly efficient for stable, large-scale production
- SHIMA SEIKI – famous for 3D seamless whole-garment technology
- STOLL – known for precision, structure control, and complex design reproduction
Each machine has its own strengths, and each yarn behaves differently on each system.
Matching yarn, structure, and machine is not guesswork.
It requires years of programming experience and dedicated technicians.
Every adjustment means a new pattern, new programming, and new testing.
That’s why long-term, specialized engineers are the real value behind the machines.
We also operate:
- Intarsia machines for complex color and graphic designs
- Extra-long bed machines for garments like knitted dresses and extended silhouettes

Full Gauge Range
We cover a complete gauge spectrum:
7G / 12G / 14G / 16G / 18G
16G and 18G are ultra-fine gauges that many factories cannot handle.
They are used for superfine merino and luxury-grade cashmere, where lightness, smoothness, and precision are critical.
This level of equipment allows us to work from chunky knits all the way to couture-level fine gauge base layers, with full control at the sampling and production stages.
